We understand Returns are not the most pleasant experience so we would like to make it as simple as possible.If it doesn’t fit or if it just doesn’t meet your expectations, please return most new and unused item within 14 days for an exchange or refund.
**All undamaged returns are accepted and a refund will be given less a 20% restocking fee. Buyer pays for return shipping.
**All refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment.
To return an item, please request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) via email at email@example.com. The customer will be responsible for shipping. Simply ship the product to our company address and upon product arrival, we will refund the payment received less the shipping cost paid for the item (if the item is returned unopened). Most refunds are fully refunded in 3-5 days after we receive and process your return but will usually take about 2-3 weeks.
The exchange process is the same as the return process. Please request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) via our contact email address and specify the product you would like it to be exchanged with. As soon as we receive the returned item, we will ship out the replacement product.
Please note that exchanges are always subject to availability. If you are worried that the item might be sold out, placing a new order is preferred instead of going through the exchange process.
